Select the ideal Lexington wedding location from approximately 20,000 square feet of luxurious function space. Invite anywhere from 10 to 1,050 guests, and we can accommodate them all in the grandest style. Host a reception for as many as 900 guests in the Patterson Ballroom; for a private bridal luncheon or planning session, our cosmopolitan boardrooms or reserved tables in our all new BlueFire Bar & Grill are a great option.  Whatever your style and wishes, you’re sure to find the ideal Lexington Kentucky wedding location within our collection of venues; or in the adjacent Lexington Convention Center.

As an added convenience, our locations may be configured to your specifications.  All event venues have individual controls for heat/AC, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical/microphone outlets, special lighting effects and T-1 Internet lines. We are the only hotel in the city that has existing T-1 Internet lines in all of our ballrooms.

Lower Level “B”
Patterson Ballroom
With 9,100 square feet of gorgeous interior space, Patterson accommodates 730 guests in a banquet setting or 900 guests for a reception.  Divide this ballroom into rooms A through G for a variety of breakout options, such as a separate dance area, meet and greet reception area or buffet room.

Lobby Level
Regency Ballroom
This ballroom features 4,000 square feet of warm, contemporary interior space.  Elegantly accommodate as many as 400 guests in a banquet arrangement or 500 guests for a memorable reception.  The Regency is one of Kentucky’s most popular venues for weddings and receptions. 

Mary Todd Lincoln Room / Henry Clay Room
These sophisticated rooms will accommodate up to 14 members of your bridal party for pre-wedding meetings or luncheons.

Mezzanine Level
Hyatt Suites:  Washington, Atlanta, Chicago and San Francisco
These elegant hospitality suites each feature 2,100 square feet of contemporary designed space, with gracious entertaining areas and fine furnishings.  Exuding modern charm, our hospitality suites offer wet bar, dining area and fine wood dining / conference table and chairs, plush couches, chairs and furnishings in the parlors and stylish interior decorations throughout.  Entertain in the height of style in these premier, comfortable suites – ideal for bachelor and bridal parties, informal buffets and receptions.  These expansive suites may also be utilized as ¼, ½ or ¾ of the total square footage.

Lower Level “A”
Hyttops Room
With 2,726 square feet of well-appointed interior space, this gracious event room will accommodate up to 150 guests for your small to mid-sized reception.

Kentucky Room
Boasting 2,544 square feet of beautiful interior space, the Kentucky is ideal for small to mid-sized wedding receptions.  Entertain up to 150 guests for a reception or 120 guests in a formal sit-down banquet arrangement.

Adjacent
Lexington Convention Center
As the exclusive catering service provider for the adjacent newly renovated and expanded Lexington Convention Center, Hyatt Regency caters events for as few as 10 people to over 3,000. Combined with the space at the Hyatt Regency Lexington, the state-of-the-art Convention Center is ideal for the largest wedding receptions.  Overlooking Triangle Park, the Convention Center boasts 120,000 square feet of event space.  The adjacent Rupp Arena seats 23,000 persons.
