With 9,100 square feet of gorgeous interior space, Patterson accommodates 730 for a banquet or 900 guests for a reception. Divide this ballroom into rooms A through G for a variety of breakout options, ideal for sales literature, registration, dance floor, meet and greet reception area, buffet room or separate speech areas.
This ballroom features 4,000 square feet of warm, contemporary interior space. Elegantly accommodate as many as 400 guests in a banquet set-up or 500 guests for a memorable reception. The Regency is one of the most popular venues for medium-sized events.
Mary Todd Lincoln Room / Henry Clay Room

Jessamine Franklin Scott Woodford Suite
These elegant hospitality suites each feature 2,000 square feet of contemporary space, with gracious entertaining areas and fine furnishings. Exuding modern charm, our hospitality suites offer wet bar, dining area and parlor, with fine furnishings including a wood conference table, plush couches and modern chairs. Entertain in the height of style in these premier, comfortable suites perfect for parties, informal meetings, buffets and brainstorming sessions. These expansive suites may also be utilized as ¼, ½ or ¾ of the total square footage.
Lower Level “A”
With 2,726 square feet of well-appointed interior space, this gracious meeting and event room will accommodate up to 150 guests for your small to mid-sized reception or corporate event.
Boasting 2,544 square feet of beautiful interior space, the Kentucky Room is ideal for small to mid-sized events. Hold small conventions, association meetings, award presentations, receptions, banquets or corporate parties, team-building exercises and theater-style events. This spacious event facility will accommodate as many as 150 guests for a reception or 120 guests in a formal sit-down banquet arrangement.
Lexington Convention Center
As the exclusive catering service provider for the adjacent Lexington Convention Center, Hyatt Regency caters events in these facilities hosting from 10 to over 3,000 people. Overlooking Triangle Park, the Convention Center boasts 120,000 square feet of event space, and the adjacent Rupp Arena seats 23,000 persons. With state-of-the-art meeting spaces, the Convention Center is ideal for regional meetings and conventions, annual dinners, fundraisers or even your company holiday party.
